Terms of Use

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

KDP Publishing Online is an independent book publishing services company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), Barnes & Noble, Apple, Google, Kobo or IngramSpark. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our services

The content of this website is for general information. The exact scope, price and timeline of any service are set out in a written quote that you accept before work begins. Quotes and project terms prevail over this page where they differ.

No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or income. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your book, your market and the policies of third-party platforms. Platform rules, fees and royalty terms are set by those platforms and can change.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of your manuscript, ideas and the deliverables created for you, subject to payment and to the rights of any third-party materials, such as licensed stock images or fonts, which will be identified in your project. You confirm that you have the right to give us any material you send, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Your accounts

Accounts with retailers and publishing platforms remain in your name. We will never ask you to hand over your account or sign in as you without your agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by submitting false or abusive information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from decisions made on the basis of its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
