Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect the information you send us.
This policy explains how KDP Publishing Online ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing or any retailer or platform named on this site.
Information we collect
When you send a quote or contact request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number and an optional message. We also record the page you sent the request from and your IP address, which we use to prevent abuse and limit repeated submissions.
We do not ask you to enter payment details on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote.
- To run and protect the website, for example by limiting spam and repeated submissions.
- To improve our services and content.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a database operated for this website. They are not sent by email. Only authorised members of our team can view them through a password-protected dashboard.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies by default. A sign-in cookie is used only on the private team dashboard. If we enable analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may set their own cookies and will collect information about how visitors use the site. We will update this policy if that happens.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@kdppublishingonline.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites such as retailers and publishing platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
